To mark Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day and the "For the Poor" peak month, the Group gave an EcoHome 2 apartment to a family under preferential policy.

To mark the 12th anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day (13 October 2016) and the Hà Nội People’s Committee’s “For the Poor” peak month, Capital House Group donated VND 2 billion in cash and 1 apartment in the EcoHome 2 project to the Hà Nội Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee’s fund for people with meritorious services to the revolution. The apartment was given to a family in the fund’s special policy category.

“As well as wanting to grow with green, smart buildings that help change the face of the capital, Capital House also wants to share some of the hardships of people who have served the revolution, families under preferential policy and those in particularly difficult circumstances.”

— Mr Trần Công Đạt, Deputy CEO of Capital House

Also in 2016, the Group sponsored medical examination and treatment activities at a number of hospitals and localities, and maintained regular scholarships for poor children with good academic results – activities that were later carried on through the Từ Bi Tâm Fund.
